About EverService Holdings, LLCEverService is a global provider of tech-enabled business solutions for companies of all sizes, helping them to grow and scale with digital marketing, website design & development, scheduling & booking services, 24 / 7 answering services, inbound & outbound sales, live virtual receptionists, client & patient intake, and IT services.The company focuses on end-to-end solutions specialized for the legal, medical, home services, retail and technology industries integrated with clients' CRM, EHR and operational systems.We strive to help our clients grow their business by driving qualified leads, increasing revenue, and enhancing their brand's visibility online.Position OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Junior WordPress Developer to join our Legal Marketing agency.The Junior WordPress Developer is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of WordPress websites.This role requires a foundational understanding of WordPress structure and environment, basic PHP and JavaScript knowledge, and hands-on experience with HTML, CSS / SASS.The developer will assist in building and updating websites while learning best practices in performance, accessibility, and SEO.Position ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and customizing WordPress themes and pluginsConvert simple wireframes or mockups into functional, responsive web pagesImplement styles using CSS / SASS with attention to consistency and design accuracySupport debugging, troubleshooting, and bug fixes in existing websitesEnsure websites follow best practices for mobile responsiveness and accessibilityCollaborate with senior developers on integrating basic PHP and JavaScript functionalityPerform website updates, content changes, and plugin maintenanceLearn and support deployment processes in environments such as WP EngineWork with the design team, SEO team and senior developers to translate requirements into deliverablesCommunicate progress and challenges clearly with the teamProvide support to SEO and project management teams for minor updatesStay proactive in learning new tools, workflows, and WordPress featuresParticipate in code reviews and apply feedback to improve technical skillsMinimum RequirementsEnglish speaking and writing fluency requiredFamiliarity with WordPress environment and structureStrong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, with experience in SASSBasic knowledge of PHP and JavaScriptAbility to follow technical instructions and coding standards1+ year of relevant experience (internship, freelance, or agency work)Experience working in managed hosting platforms (e.g., WP Engine, Kinsta, Flywheel)Familiarity with Git / version controlUnderstanding of website performance basicsExposure to SEO concepts in web developmentGood communication skills with technical and non-technical teammatesProactive, collaborative, and open to feedbackStrong organizational and time management abilitiesCompensation$16,000 - $20,000 Net MXN / MonthlyBenefitsMexico Law BenefitsExtralegal - PTOFunFriday PolicyMedical, Dental & DivisionSeniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob Function / IndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at EverService Holdings, LLC by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
