**Description****Accountabilities**- Creates the correct logistic for cover the operation in the Terminal.- In charge of supervising the switching operation among Satellite yard- Supervises the operational work of loading and unloading containers on railway platforms.- Supervises compliance with the standards of the direction of the intermodal and automotive area, following rules such as permanence of units, correct car in correct train, customer compliance, compliance with work orders for trains and yard services, origin trains, arrival trains, review line delays for each train key performance indicators.- Supervise the personnel in charge, verifying the fulfillment of the functions of each one of them with the intention of developing their potential and taking the best decisions for the operation.- Supervise the formation of the train for the correct departure from the terminal and station.- Communication with the Health and Safety area to follow the Internal Regulations of Transportation applied to the Intermodal terminal "Interpuerto".- Supervise the correct use of railway equipment in private industries, as well as the positioning and removal of equipment.- Attend work meetings and conferences for the execution of plans with the KCSM team.- Generate internal reporting to support operation.- Collaborates closely with HR, Labor Relations in Mexico to share staff information according to their behavior, way of working, overtime, etc.- Exemplifies KCS Vision, Values, and Culture in each and every interaction with team, clients, and vendors.Anyone inside the facility.**Required**- High School diploma or equivalent- Minimum two (5) years of relevant operations experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience**Preferred**- English preferable- 5 years of work experience as a supervisor.- Railroad knowledge or experience.- Personnel management.**We Offer**- Complete health and welfare benefits package- Competitive salary- Incentive plan- Vacation plan**EEO Statement**We value a culturally diverse workforce and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer while providing reasonable accommodations for all employees.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.The talent selection process for vacant positions at Kansas City Southern de México, S.A. de C.V.
