We are Prosana, a recruitment partner to Needlestack.WHO IS NEEDLESTICKLooking for a career that challenges you, offers excitement, and rewards your hard work?Needlestack is a website design and digital marketing agency that's growing fast, and they're looking for a Digital Account Manager to join them on the journey.The team is small, yet close, working on finding the best solutions together and focusing on bringing quality work to their clients.If you're enthusiastic about digital marketing and have a strong desire to help businesses thrive online, then Needlestack Digital is where you belongWHAT YOU'RE GETTING YOURSELF INTOAs a Digital Account Manager, you'll be working with a team of 8 to create new strategies for clients' growth & to ensure that projects are running smoothly.You'll be closely working with the client from onboarding, creating roadmaps for different projects within website design & digital marketing, and turning those plans into actionable steps for the team.If you're ambitious, growth-driven, and have a positive attitude, Needlestack Digital is the perfect place to take your career to the next level.Plus, with the freedom to work remotely, you'll have the flexibility to work in the environment that suits you the bestThis is a full-time and fully remote position.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUA fully remote position, so you can forget commuting and focus on finding a rhythm that makes you feel the most productiveGrowth opportunities to take you to the next level of your career - you can choose a path that matches your strengthsCollaborate with a strong team of marketers and contribute to the team's overall successBe one of the core team members with the opportunity to lead operations or service delivery in the future and have a hand in shaping the businessHOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIMEEnsuring successful onboarding of new clients for website design and digital marketing campaigns by obtaining all necessary information and assets, and initiating projects in Asana and Harvest.Producing clear and concise creative briefs that align with client objectives and effectively communicate desired outcomes, creating high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations.Developing Site Architectures for new website projects that meet the client's needs and enhance user experience, resulting in websites that are easy to navigate, visually appealing, and meet the client's objectives.Coordinating website design and digital marketing campaign projects with the teamBuilding trust with the client by maintaining regular communication with them, as well as offering recommendations on creative and strategic direction to develop long-term relationships.Supporting the team by Interpreting client objectives & feedback, and planning the work in Asana.Proactively identifying when projects are at risk of budget overruns or missed due dates and developing strategies to mitigate risks, and implementing corrective actions when needed.Improving team performance by providing guidance and coordinating work with team members and having regular feedback sessions to help upskill them.WHO YOU AREYou have previous experience working in a website design/digital marketing agency and have a good understanding of the industry and its best practicesYou have a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically to identify opportunities for growth and improvementYou have experience with Asana and have created/optimized processes within the toolYou have a keen eye for detail and take pride in ensuring that your work is accurate and of the highest qualityYou are comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentYou have extremely good analytical skills that will help you parse data & information and make sense of it when creating reportsYou have excellent English communication skills and are comfortable working with clients and colleagues at all levelsYou are able to work in the Eastern Time zone (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM, with the ability to start earlier depending on your own timezone).
