One customer, one family, one community at a time.ABOUT THIS ROLEThe Account Receivables department is looking to backfill a position within Mexico's team, providing assistance to our agencies and branches. This position requires a very analytical person with self-discipline, determination, and a positive attitude. This is an entry-level - mid-level position.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESMake collections calls and collect on past due balancesDevelop strong customer focus and high service level relationships with internal and external clientsAssist in the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable departmentProvide ad hoc information and data analysis as requestedMeet established timelines, and pre-defined goals for assigned workAR account conflicts. The result is to get the agency back on track to be a producing RIA agent.Analyze customer accounts at the time of application for any skipped or partial payments, or customer errors. Contact customers immediately to resolve any remittance discrepancies.Accounts Receivable analysis and reporting.Generate AR aging reports and identify critical issues.Contact customers via phone, email, and fax to collect past due amounts. Identify any reasons for non-payment and develop strategic plans with management on how to resolve any issues. This includes open communication with our International Ria Sales Team to discuss and coordinate an onsite visitation to agency who may be experiencing issues.POSITION REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in a contact center environment, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (one year minimal)Organization and time management SkillsMathematical and Computer SkillsBilingual – English, Spanish, advanced language knowledge.Mathematical Skills [Required]Computer Skills [Required]Excel, Microsoft Office knowledgeCustomer ServiceExcellent interpersonal SkillsEffective verbal and listening skills.Analytical and problem-solving skillsDecision makingAttention to detail and high level of accuracyPERKS & BENEFITS30 days Christmas bonus.15 days of initial vacation.Life insurance.Mayor Medical Insurance.Work-life Balance.Ria Money Transfer is an equal opportunity employer.
