Are you a talented and passionate marketer looking to make a significant impact?We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aloware.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love crafting compelling campaigns, and have a strong knack for online brand presence, this opportunity is for youDescription: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be a key player in strengthening Aloware's unique brand identity online.You'll have the exciting responsibility of spreading our company's message through various social and online media channels.From planning and executing marketing campaigns to managing social media accounts, conducting SEO audits, and coordinating with design and paid media agencies, you'll contribute to our lead generation, brand awareness, and overall digital marketing success.What You'll Do:- Plan, implement, and execute marketing campaigns across various mediums for lead generation and brand awareness.- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, posting, and engaging with our audience.- Conduct SEO audits and maintain keyword research and best practices.- Collaborate with SEO and paid media agencies on campaign strategies.- Coordinate with designers on visual concepts for promotions.- Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns to create engaging display ads.- Update website content in WordPress and ensure content relevancy.- Monitor competitor social media and digital presence, sharing notable activities with internal stakeholders.- Create and maintain our profiles on 3rd party sites, such as G2 and integration marketplaces.- Manage review sites and respond to customer reviews on platforms like G2.- Track and report on digital marketing performance.- Stay up-to-date with marketing industry trends.- Work on special projects as needed.Good to Have Skills:- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.- Experience with digital marketing automation software.- Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.- Familiarity with WordPress or a willingness to learn.- Portfolio showcasing relevant projects is preferred.- Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing.- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or MOZ.- Superb verbal and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Exceptional time and project management skills, including multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.- Ownership mentality and attention to detail.- Outstanding analytical skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Startup experience is a plus.Important: salary is according to experienceJoin our team and make a significant impact on our digital marketing initiatives in a collaborative and supportive environmentPay: $33,****** - $42,****** per month
