Company DescriptionWe are KiWi, a Mexican startup whose mission is to make financial & technology services accessible to every small businesses in emerging markets.Our app & platform allow thousands of small merchants to accept cards, get micro-loans, manage their sales, please their customers, and sell new services in a breeze.**Job Description**:Along our challenge-full & growth-oriented journey, we are looking for a talented Flutter developper to strengthen our teams.Your mission- Improve and collaborate on an existing Flutter app codebase- Manage states with Provider and state_notifier- Tackle challenges like widgets and integration testing to improve quality and avoid regressions- Identify technical requirements & solutions according to feature requests- Review code changes to learn from your peers and share your wisdom- Deliver code according to best testing and documentation standards- Collaborate & synchronize often with the Product Owner and the Tech LeadOur collaboration- Within a talented, dynamic, multicultural & impact-driven team- Fun, safe, open and empowering environment where the future of financial inclusion is shaped- Work in one of our offices full-time or hybrid remote (2-3 days a week)- Flexible work hours- Starting date: as soon as possible (no relocation for this position)**Qualifications**:**Profile**:- Ability to navigate a large code base- Good knowledge of Flutter- A flexible, goal oriented, well-organised and self-started personality- Willingness to work in startup and have a strong impact- Fluent in English (written/verbal), knowledge of Spanish/French is a plus- Previous experiences in fintech and international-scoped product are a plus
