**Join Our Team as a Coordinador de Paralegal Services Jr. at Equivity**At Equivity, we believe in creating a workplace where every team member thrives.We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Paralegal to bring their unique talents to our collaborative and supportive environment.**What You'll Do**:- Provide support to Executive Assistants, Operations, and Client Experience Managers.- Coordinate reports and assist paralegals and clients.- Supervise and enhance customer service quality, ensuring a smooth experience for U.S. clients.- Develop and deliver training sessions related to legal processes and U.S. regulations.- Manage and coordinate legal documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.- Act as the key contact between the firm and international clients.**Key Skills**:- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.- Problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement approach.**What We're Looking For**:- Law degree or equivalent experience as a Paralegal.- 1+ years of experience in law firms, preferably working with U.S. clients.- Advanced English (spoken and written) - essential for communication with U.S. clients.- Previous experience in team coordination and report generation.- Knowledge of various U.S. legal systems and the ability to provide training on legal topics.**What We Offer**:- Monday - Friday 8 Hours Shift- $25,000- $40,000 pesos a month (gross salary)- Opportunities for professional development.- A progressive company culture where your ideas are valuedWe value each team member's contributions and are committed to maintaining a workplace that encourages both individual and collective success.Let's achieve great things together at EquivityE04JI802n1q****hsoe
