**Who are we?**Established as a division of The Toro Company in ****, JuarezDC, MX in Ciudad Juárez specializes in supporting Toro's global mission to provide innovative outdoor solutions across turf and landscape maintenance, underground utility construction, rental and specialty construction, and outdoor lighting.Serving customers in over 125 countries, and with an average employee tenure of 15 years, The Toro Company stands out as a top destination in Ciudad Juarez for building a rewarding career in advanced manufacturing.**Job Purpose**:To ensure smooth functioning of business operations at ITC to achieve optimal results with effective planning, organization and solutions-oriented approach while driving growth and positively impacting profitability.**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:In order to grow and build a successful career at The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:- Month-end closing.- BS accounts reconciliation.- AP invoices coding.- Time & Attendance- Daily safety briefing- Administration of internal labor regulations.- Ensures legal compliance in all labor matters.- Overseeing maintenance, safety, and security of facilities and equipment.- Ensures all hires and separations are properly documented and reported to Mexican Social security administration to prevent fines and penalties.- Formulates safety and security policies and procedures to be followed by company personnel in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations, including the Ministry of Labor.- Being the Company representative in labor disputes and, Social Security and housing fund Reporting.- Develops, coordinates, and issues responses to ethics point complaints.- Prepares the pre-payroll of all employees at the site.- Ensure legal compliance with safety and environmental regulations (JMAS, Civil Protection, SDUE, SIAT)- Ensure compliance with the industrial safety training matrix- Report any incident to the Toro data base (TSS)- **#LI-Onsite****What do you need?****Job Qualifications**:To be considered for this position, an individual must meet the following minimum requirements:- Bachelor's degree concluded with 5 years of experience in a similar position.- HR Systems.- Financial Experience.- EHS Experience.- Experience in implementing and developing policies and procedures.- Excellent customer service.- Communication skills at all levels.- Microsoft Office- Fully bilingual English & Spanish.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Master degree- Tracking budget and financial reporting.- Hiring process.- Workday.**Other Job-Related Components**- This position will have up to 10 + direct reports, considered an office manager focused on HR, Finance and EHS.- Site will be a temporary location to then relocate to the final building.**What can we offer you?**At Toro Company, we're always working to make sure our employees know how valued they are.In addition to a competitive salary, great benefits - The Toro company offers the employees of our JuarezDC Plant, in addition to the benefits by law:- ** Scholarships**:- ** Dental Policy**:- ** Medical Insurance**:- ** Life Insurance**:- ** Volunteering**:- ** Competitive salary**: The salary range encompasses skills, experience, education, and location.It's not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; Compensation decisions depend on the circumstances of each case.
