Walmart Planner Assistant

**Please send Resume in English****Advanced level of English**The Walmart Jr Planner will be responsible for analyzing sales, managing inventory and assisting in planning functions.**Essential Duties and responsibilities**- Maintain and distribute Walmart Sales Reports, providing insight/analysis of findings- Create and maintain Walmart Item Plans and communicate these weekly to the team at Walmart- Manage Mad Engine inventory levels in AOR- Maintain and communicate Walmart trackers ensuring timely shipments and receipts- Communicate weekly sales reports to the company management team- Ad hoc Walmart reporting utilizing Retail Link- Create "Store Specific" orders as necessary for new modular sets or managing replenishment of Walmart programs- Develop internal and external collaborative relationships to achieve company objectives and outstanding customer service to Walmart- Special Projects as needed- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.**Minimum Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent- Retail experience as in replenishment and/or assortment planning or Wholesale experience in planning- Excellent analytical skills- Advanced excel knowledge plus all Microsoft officeprograms (word, powerpoint, outlook)- Time management and multi-task efficiency- 5+ years of professional retail experience**Working conditions**- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment- Business casual office attire- Work is performed inside a temperature-controlled office building**Physical requirements**- Sit, stand, bend, lift occasionally lifting- Ability to listen and speak with employees and vendors- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds- View and type on computer screens for long periods of time**Direct reports**None**Other duties**Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.**Competencies (Optional)**- Attention to detail- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skillsStrong sense of urgency**Language**:- English (required)
