Product Owner – Remote – MexicoAbout the RoleAs a Product Owner, you will participate in the creation of new products and features, from ideation to launch.You will be responsible for product development processes, integrating product feedback into future offerings, and ensuring clear communication on delivery schedules and services that align with customer expectations.Our Product Owner will lead and interface with business and end-users in the procurement, implementation, and development of software and other technology solutions.Responsibilities?Lead product strategy by conducting in-depth market research and user analysis to inform the development of data-driven product roadmaps that anticipate evolving market trends, prioritize user needs, and manage comprehensive roadmaps to implement new features effectively, ultimately enhancing product quality.?Organize and drive release planning activities by creating and maintaining facilities for reporting release readiness, communicating alignment with the expected roadmap, while ensuring releases drive meaningful value for our customers.?Translate strategic objectives into prioritized product features and functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with business goals and timely delivery with exceptional quality, while also establishing clear expectations with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.?Monitoring and analyzing internal and external customer journeys to gain insights into their pain points and challenges, enabling proactive identification of areas for improvement and optimization.?Engaging customers in thorough discussions to uncover opportunities for enhancement, elevation, or optimization, fostering a proactive approach to continuously improving their experience.?Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing data-driven progress updates to management for informed decision-making.?Facilitate the transformation of requirements into well-defined product features by fostering cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.?Engage in cross-functional collaboration with various teams and leaders to identify optimal technical solutions that fulfill client requirements for a feature or capability.?Gathering customer needs through comprehensive methods, including guiding customers through the onboarding process to value activation and conducting insightful interviews to gain deep understanding of their requirements.?Craft detailed descriptions of product features and functionalities within Jira, incorporating clear and measurable acceptance criteria for each user story to guarantee successful development and testing.?Collaborate closely with the tech team and relevant stakeholders to drive successful outcomes by effectively communicating business needs, prioritizing backlog items, and facilitating the resolution of bugs and other issues in the product development process.?Consistently updating stakeholders on issue resolution progress and ensuring value activation occurs promptly once blockers are addressed, ensuring seamless progression towards achieving objectives.?Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.?Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption.?Utilize Agile project management methodologies (e.G., Scrum, Kanban) to drive the development process, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings.SupervisoryManage Technical Product Managers by leveraging each contributor's strengths in supporting products across our product lines.?Build and maintain facilities for tracking the success of product support activities.?Receive feedback from Technical Product Managers on pain points, and guide potential product improvements or process efficiencies.?Work closely with Project Managers and Technical Product Managers to align priorities against managed roadmaps.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Project Management, or other related field or an equivalent amount of experience and training preferred.?3-5 years of experience working in technology, advertising, digital media, or related fields is preferred.?Experience supporting a remote organization.?Prior high-growth tech start-up experience in advertising or other SaaS-driven industry is preferred.?Proven ability to effectively lead and direct engineers as a project manager or product owner in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, resulting in successful project outcomes and product delivery.?Ability to articulate product vision, requirements, and priorities clearly to stakeholders and development teams.?Capacity to align product development with overall business goals and market trends.Required SkillsProficiency in Product Management fundamentals, encompassing market research, product strategy, roadmap development, and agile methodologies, to drive effective product development and meet customer needs.?Skilled in identifying stakeholder value, involving thorough stakeholder analysis, active engagement, and a deep understanding of diverse stakeholder needs, preferences, and priorities, to ensure alignment and maximize overall project success.?Possesses strong emotional
