Local Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for launching major projects on time per the customer's project timing, expectations, and within the prescribed financial parameters. The role involves interfacing with all customer personnel and resolving customer issues relating to new and existing programs. The Project Manager is also responsible for guiding and directing the project team (Engineering, Production, Quality, etc.) regarding project issues.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in automotive product or process development, with demonstrated knowledge and skill in projects.
- Relevant experience in the following:
- Design and project leadership skills.
- Involvement in teamwork internally and with the customer.
- Involvement in the development process of electromechanical products.
- Customer service.
- Communication.
- Negotiations.
- The job requires teamwork with many other departments within Kostal, locally and internationally.
