Location: Mexico

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – S/4HANA MM to join our team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA MM (Materials Management) modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and business processes. The role requires a deep understanding of SAP MM functionalities, procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.

The SAP BSA will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to drive the successful implementation, customization, and support of SAP S/4HANA MM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP S/4HANA MM Implementation & Support: Lead and support SAP S/4HANA MM module implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancements to meet business requirements.
  • Business Analysis: Work closely with business teams to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and provide recommendations for SAP MM best practices.
  • Procurement & Inventory Management: Optimize procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice verification.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Support vendor management and supplier collaboration processes through SAP MM functionalities.
  • Integration & Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with SAP SD, WM, FI, and PP modules to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.
  • Customization & Enhancements: Develop and implement SAP MM customizations and enhancements as required.
  • User Training & Documentation: Provide end-user training, create system documentation, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Issue Resolution & Support: Troubleshoot system issues, provide root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of SAP MM-related incidents.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure SAP MM processes comply with industry regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP MM with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and support.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SAP MM configurations, master data management, and procurement processes.
  • Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP SD, FI, PP, and WM modules.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective SAP MM solutions.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP S/4HANA certification in MM or related modules.
  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, or automotive industries.
  • Knowledge of Ariba, EDI integration, and SAP Fiori applications.
  • Understanding of LATAM localization and tax regulations related to procurement and inventory.
