- Develop, program, troubleshoot, and integrate industrial automation systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal and Siemens PLC programming is required.
- Design, modify, and optimize PLC logic for automated equipment.
- Develop and troubleshoot HMI/SCADA systems and operator interfaces.
- Configure drives, servos, VFDs, sensors, and remote I/O systems.
- Support FANUC 6-axis robotics and iRVision applications.
- Troubleshoot electrical, hardware, and software issues in automated systems.
- Work with machine vision, barcode readers, and industrial communication protocols, including Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and EtherCAT.
- Assist with electrical design, control panel layouts, and machine concept development.
- Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), equipment commissioning, and validation.
- Support equipment installation, startup, integration, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.
