About the Role
Our client, a rapidly growing tech company specializing in innovative fintech solutions, is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Software Engineer (Backend) to spearhead their backend development efforts. This fully remote position offers the chance to shape the technical direction of critical systems, mentor a talented team of engineers, and contribute to building highly scalable and resilient platforms. We are looking for a leader with a deep understanding of backend architecture, distributed systems, and a passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Key Responsibilities
