Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays 9:00am - 5:00pm EST/PST
Compensation: USD $1,700 - $2,000 (salary based on assessment)

Job Summary:
The Email Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing our email marketing campaigns primarily through the Klaviyo platform, but candidates should also be familiar with, or willing to work in, Email Service Providers like Mailchimp. This individual will play a pivotal role in coordinating and implementing well-executed email strategies. The ideal candidate will also have some experience or familiarity with API integrations (Zapier or similar) and understand the basics of facilitating a marketing automation tech stack.
Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Setup: Creating and setting up email campaigns in Klaviyo, including designing templates, setting up automation flows, and scheduling emails.
List Management: Managing email lists, segmenting subscribers based on various criteria (such as demographics, behavior, engagement), and ensuring data hygiene by removing duplicates or inactive subscribers.
Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing email campaign performance using Klaviyo's analytics tools. This involves monitoring open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to optimize future campaigns.
A/B Testing: Conducting A/B tests on different elements of emails (subject lines, content, CTAs) to determine the most effective strategies for engagement and conversion.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations (such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR) and staying updated with best practices in email marketing to maintain deliverability and engagement.
Integration and Optimization: Integrating Klaviyo with other systems or platforms, if necessary, and optimizing workflows for better efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, A/B testing, and analytics.
Proficiency in essential tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Grammarly, and Zapier (or similar API integration tools).
Strong English written and verbal communication abilities, ensuring email copy is free from errors.
Efficient task management skills with the capacity to handle high volumes of work while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Willingness and availability to work in either the Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Pacific Standard Time (PST) timezone.
Nice-To-Haves:
Fundamental skills in Photoshop, allowing for basic edits and image optimizations.
