Manufacturing Engineer – Shape the Future of Manufacturing with FictivAt Fictiv, we're revolutionizing hardware manufacturing, and we need a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives at the intersection of innovation and execution. You'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless collaboration between our customers—product builders who rely on us for high-quality parts—and our manufacturing partners who bring those designs to life.

What You'll Do- Analyze & Optimize Designs: Review models, drawings, and parts lists to assess manufacturability and cost efficiency.
- Advise on DFx Improvements: Recommend design alterations to enhance manufacturability, reduce costs, and improve assembly.
- Generate Accurate Quotes: Leverage your expertise and Fictiv's software to provide competitive pricing for customers.
- Develop Cost Calculators: Help bring quoting in-house for new service offerings.
- Support Automation: Work with our software team to refine automated quoting systems.
- Create High-Quality 2D Drawings: Ensure all designs meet ANSI/ASME Y14.5 standards.
- 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role with sheet metal expertise.
- Fluent in Spanish & business English – strong communication skills are a must
- Detail-oriented & analytical – you enjoy problem-solving and precision.
- Self-starter – you manage your time efficiently and take initiative.
- Passionate about manufacturing – you love sharing knowledge and working with teams.
