We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a ServiceNow Quality Assurance Analyst.
Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Analyst is someone who has strong analysis capabilities to monitor every phase of the software development process to ensure high design quality. They have strong analysis capabilities not just with individual requirements but with the entire system.
Responsibilities
- Build test cases to match user stories.
- Execute tests.
- Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
- Lead and mentor QA team members.
- Develop and execute test case scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated).
- Run manual and automated tests.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working in QA testing.
- At least 1 year of experience working in the ServiceNow platform.
- Advanced English level.
Certifications Desired
ServiceNow SysAdmin Certification desired, ITIL Foundations Certified & Scrum Master Certification desired.
