Overseas is seeking a Healthcare Virtual Assistant (Call Center) to support a high-volume patient call center with inbound triage, scheduling, and ticket logging. The role is fully remote and focuses on administrative tasks, routing inquiries to the appropriate team in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
You'll work with AdvancedMD EMR, handle new patient inquiries, ensure timely responses, and maintain accurate patient records while upholding privacy and security standards.
