Where You'll Make a Difference

• Support and maintain transportation master data governance standards, ownership models, and processes across global operations.
• Review, approve, and control Transportation Management System (TMS) master data changes to ensure compliance with governance requirements.
• Manage and maintain transportation master data, including carrier and business partner records, freight agreements, rate tables, and calculation structures.
• Support planning profiles, optimization parameters, and other Transportation Management System configurations required for daily operations.
• Monitor data quality and integrity through validation activities, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and root causes, recommending sustainable solutions to improve data accuracy and reliability.
• Partner closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Information Technology teams to align master data structures with business processes.
• Support global Transportation Management System deployments by ensuring data readiness, completeness, and consistency.
• Provide guidance and training to business users on master data processes, governance standards, and best practices.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in master data management, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience working with SAP solutions, preferably SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM), SAP S/4HANA, or SAP ECC.
• Strong understanding of transportation processes, including planning, execution, and freight settlement.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a global business environment.
• Experience supporting data governance frameworks, data quality initiatives, and process standardization efforts.
• Ability to balance operational execution with process improvement and governance responsibilities.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment.
