Purpose: Accelerate transformation journey by embedding the Digital First Operating model to achieve business outcomes that can be consistently scaled across the enterprise; the promoter of Chubb's Digital first ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Drive, collaborate and actively contribute to build a self-sustaining digital workforce utilizing hands-on experience with high-medium-low touch approaches.
• Drive with DLs/POs and squads on their day-to-day progress towards strategic priorities and delivery capabilities in incremental and iterative cycles.
• Lead improvements in the key aspects of digital first operating model to drive business outcomes using fit-for-purpose frameworks, processes, tools and practices.
• Partner with other chapters to provide feedback and lead corrective actions to continuously refine and improve practices for digital-first ways of working.
• Identify and implement industry practices to improve our digital first ways of working.
• Create and execute need based trainings to enable Digital first enterprise.

Accreditations

• Industry specific certifications related to Organizational Change Management, Flow and Scaling Frameworks and Adaptive Leadership (CAL, PAM, SPK, SAFe, CLP).
• Background in business, technology, transformations, product development and management.
• Experience in agile development, as a digital product owner, product manager, or highly experienced enterprise Agile coach with 5+ years' experience successfully delivering digital products or actively influencing large scale complex transformations.
