Job Summary: The Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in the sales process by qualifying requests for assistance and guiding qualified prospects to the Sales Specialist.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct client interviews, gathering essential information for immigration cases, and maintaining accurate records in the firm's case management system (CMS).
  2. Collect, organize, and verify client documents to ensure complete and accurate case files.
  3. Convert leads into prospects by qualifying them and converting prospects into paid consultations with the attorney or sales by using the scripts.
Qualifications
  1. At least a bachelor's degree; may be substituted by a proven prior customer service role.
  2. Experience in sales support: 1 year (preferred).
  3. Fluent in English (mandatory).
