We are seeking an experienced HR Strategy Operations Manager to shape and drive the people strategy for our Mexico operations. This role goes beyond managing day-to-day HR processes: it is responsible for translating business goals into workforce plans, advising leadership on organizational design, and building the HR frameworks that let the company scale sustainably in Mexico. In addition, this role works closely with account directors to ensure that their accounts' operations remain compliant with Mexican labor law and reflect the company's HR culture. The ideal candidate combines strategic HR thinking with a strong grasp of the staffing/consulting industry and Mexican employment practices, and is comfortable acting as a trusted advisor to both executive stakeholders and account teams. Day-to-day HR administration will be supported by an operations team; this role sets the direction they execute against and works closely with VP, Delivery and Country Manager to assure we are meeting regulatory compliance and expectations.
