Ericsson GmbH in Querétaro is seeking a Solution Architect to lead Emergency Handling efforts and provide expert technical support. You will isolate faults, restore networks, and coordinate with global teams to stabilize customer systems and prevent recurrence.
The role demands strong leadership, deep telecom knowledge (5G/5GC/EPC/IMS), and excellent English communication in a high‑pressure environment. Willingness to work rotating shifts and travel as needed is expected.
