Qualifications:

  • Excellent English level with strong communication skills.
  • + 3 years of experience in recruitment and its processes from start to finish.
  • Extensive experience recruiting American talent (MUST).
  • Primary experience recruiting candidates with 5-10+ years of experience (Sr., Director, Manager and VP positions).
  • Recruiter 1: Specific experience in the IT field, recruiting (must-have): Software, Data, Cyber and Computer Science/Engineering placements.
  • Recruiter 2: Specific experience in renewable energies, Oil & gas and related field.
  • Boolean Expert.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Persistence and resilience.
  • VISA AND PASSPORT (Plus).

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Account Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for designated client accounts.
  • Conduct intake and job qualification calls independently.
  • Effectively manage client communication and the recruitment process.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and talent strategies.

Sourcing & Recruitment (Essential):

  • Source candidates for niche and in-demand positions, delivering high-quality, Grade A talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
  • Process management
  • Closing and offer negotiations
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, standards, and ways of working.
  • Expected to spend 10-20 hours per week on the phone with candidates and possibly clients.
  • Expected to call and deeply qualify candidates, ask questions to vet their experience and understand their career goals.
  • Expected to build strong relationships with candidates.
