Qualifications:
- Excellent English level with strong communication skills.
- + 3 years of experience in recruitment and its processes from start to finish.
- Extensive experience recruiting American talent (MUST).
- Primary experience recruiting candidates with 5-10+ years of experience (Sr., Director, Manager and VP positions).
- Recruiter 1: Specific experience in the IT field, recruiting (must-have): Software, Data, Cyber and Computer Science/Engineering placements.
- Recruiter 2: Specific experience in renewable energies, Oil & gas and related field.
- Boolean Expert.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Persistence and resilience.
- VISA AND PASSPORT (Plus).
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Account Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for designated client accounts.
- Conduct intake and job qualification calls independently.
- Effectively manage client communication and the recruitment process.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and talent strategies.
Sourcing & Recruitment (Essential):
- Source candidates for niche and in-demand positions, delivering high-quality, Grade A talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Process management
- Closing and offer negotiations
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, standards, and ways of working.
- Expected to spend 10-20 hours per week on the phone with candidates and possibly clients.
- Expected to call and deeply qualify candidates, ask questions to vet their experience and understand their career goals.
- Expected to build strong relationships with candidates.
