THE POSITION
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. As a critical member of the team, you will be embedded within a set of technology stakeholders and recruitment delivery teams. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Porch, you will be responsible for working closely with our global Talent Acquisition team, candidates, hiring leaders, and interviewers to schedule global virtual remote interviews, drive process improvements, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, as well as be a Porch careers brand ambassador.

WHAT YOU DO
Responsible for the maintenance of recruiting requisitions in our system - Workday Recruiting - ensuring compliance with all established procedures to guarantee a successful end-to-end hiring process from a system perspective.
This includes:
- Schedule and manage remote virtual interviews; provide exceptional experiences to candidates and hiring teams, ensure proper rescheduling when necessary.
- Provide professional prompt support and updates to candidates during their interview journeys.

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Good English communication skills
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (Workday Recruiting strongly preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
- Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
