Automation Supervisor | MTC

Manage the operation and maintenance of automated equipment.

• Develop preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Analyze equipment performance and energy consumption data.
• Lead and develop the automation team.
• Coordinate automation projects across different departments.
• Monitor safety protocols and maintenance costs.
• Drive technology upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

Team size: Up to 16 employees.

• Bachelor's degree — required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• English B2 level
• Experience in automated equipment operation and maintenance
• Knowledge of PLC programming and robotics
• Ability to read electromechanical technical drawings
• Experience analyzing production-line data
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
