Senior CRA: Global Site Monitoring Leader

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr CRA to conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits (on-site or remote) ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity. You will communicate findings to the project team, maintain essential documentation, and support audit readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or RN, strong GCP knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% regularly in a global clinical monitoring environment.
