We are seeking an experienced VMware specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience in VMware and Windows administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to manage and maintain our infrastructure. Experience in the Media domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Oversee Windows administration tasks including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams for infrastructure-related issues.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the company's infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead efforts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company's infrastructure remains current.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
  • Ensure all infrastructure changes are adequately tested and documented before implementation.
Qualifications
  • Possesses strong experience in VMware administration.
  • Have extensive knowledge of Windows administration.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have experience in the Media domain (nice to have).
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.

Display a proactive approach to infrastructure management.
