Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in SFDC Service Cloud, SFDC Sales, Cloud SFDC Development & Customization, SFDC Lightning, SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Lifecycle Management. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using SFDC Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Lightning.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Configure Salesforce settings to meet business requirements and optimize performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to enhance system capabilities.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce development best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in SFDC Service Cloud Sales Cloud and Lightning development.
• Have a solid understanding of SFDC Integration and Configuration.
• Demonstrate expertise in SFDC Development & Customization.
• Show proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Hold a relevant Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
