Within ROW NOC umbrella, ROW AMZL Central Operations (CO) aims to improve reliability, cost-to-serve and operator experience through standardization, programmatic interventions and automation across LM network and drive governance through centralized initiatives. AMZL CO drives standard work centrally across Jurisdiction Planning, OTR Capacity Planning, execution (Scheduling and Routing) and Channel Support (DSP Payments, Hub delivery support etc.).

We are looking for an experienced Manager to coordinate and lead efforts across operations and program teams. We're looking for a hands-on and motivated self-starter who's passionate about using data to help us measure every area of the business, drive efficiencies, optimizations and influence decision-making. This PM II will lead MX Central Ops programs across OTR capacity planning and execution, and channel support workstreams. They will also lead the charter to scope additional workstreams for delivering incremental benefits to the business.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Manager may be expected to operate in different shift structures (for instance - 2 AM to 11 AM or 7 AM to 4 PM) depending on business need.
  2. Work with PM teams to successfully manage difficult, cross-functional projects (from inception to completion) delivering high quality results (e.g., efficient, compliant, understandable, secure, maintainable, low-defects, etc.).
  3. Partner with stakeholders and/or managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities, milestones, and drive delivery to meet deadlines to meet program goals.
  4. Be proficient at transforming raw thoughts into clear, consistent, accurate documentation and/or direction.
  5. Competently represent your team's processes and goals to customers and other teams (technical and non-technical).
  6. Keep the scope of effort under control and accelerate progress, or operational efficiencies by driving crisp and timely decisions, identifying and clearing blockers, and escalating appropriately.
  7. Own project status communication- consistently impart clear and concise summaries for the projects owned, to your leadership/management team and are effective at answering questions in detail. Represent the team in Business reviews (WBRs/MBRs).
  8. Have good working relationships with stakeholders, managers, and peers. Be able to recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialogue to resolve them.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Completed Bachelor degree.
  2. 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  3. 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  4. 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  5. Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
  6. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  7. Fluent English and Spanish (C1+).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Knowledge of SQL and R is preferable.
