Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Monitor shipments and proactively address any delays or issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and work to minimize discrepancies.
• Process shipping documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) and external partners.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of logistics software and processes.
• Generate regular reports on key logistics performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and transportation management.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
