  • Lead LATAM Surgical and Infection Prevention (S&IP) marketing initiatives
  • Lead efforts to identify key business development opportunities in LATAM region.
  • Play leadership role in developing and executing tactical initiatives against LATAM Business Plan
  • Ensure strong collaboration between Product managers and Global Strategic Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Clinical Education and Supply Chain resources
  • Develop tools and training for end-user customer clinical education, distributor clinical education, industry collaboration, and LATAM Sales organization training
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with corporate goals and market demands.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set product pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Manage product lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and end-of-life strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Education requirements include knowledge and ability normally associated with a bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or medical supplies industry.
  • Successful performance in this position will require a broad-based knowledge in business management, marketing, business planning and experience in healthcare, specifically the Surgical & Infection Prevention category
  • High level of motivation and integrity
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Significant problem solving and product management skills are required to manage a team of Product Managers and also deliver ownership of business development opportunities
  • This individual must have leadership qualities and the ability to manage cross-functional resources without or little direct reporting relationships
  • Spanish language and English fluency required.
