British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Lead in Monterrey, MX.
Support in the deployment of the ultimate control tower structure for LANCAR, to be able to capture and use near-real-time operational data from across the business to provide visibility and improve decision making across the Supply chain. All through systems, standardization, digitalization, based in IWS Methodology.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate Loss Analysis exercises for all factories/EMs.
- Supply Chain contact with IDT for support in digitalization.
- Follow up on implementation of action and opportunities derived from Loss Analysis.
- Development of digital tools and reports to support SCH optimization.
- Lead implementation of Transformational Projects and Tools for LANCAR Supply Chain.
- Productivity Savings LANCAR (monitoring to PSTT and financials).
- Primary supply chain and Secondary supply chain KPI definition and centralization.
- Development and Deployment of UCT (Ultimate Control Tower) across LANCAR.
- Delivery tracking.
What are we looking for?
- University Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial engineering or any engineering field.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain management and continuous improvements.
- Strong knowledge in MS Office and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking and vision skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- B2+ English level (written and verbal).
- Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong people skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
