Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Test Metrics and Reporting, Defect Tracking Tools (JIRA), Test and Defect Management, Agile Methodologies, and TOSCA. Hands-on experience in TOSCA is a must. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance and Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases.
  • Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manage defect tracking using JIRA and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Implement and maintain test and defect management processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage and execute testing cycles.
  • Leverage TOSCA for automated testing to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of testing processes.
  • Provide training and support to junior testers.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Test Metrics and Reporting.
  • Have extensive experience with Defect Tracking Tools (JIRA).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Test and Defect Management.
  • Show a solid understanding of Agile Methodologies.
  • Have hands-on experience with TOSCA.
  • Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
  • Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Show a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shifts.
