About the role

Stepping into the role of Production Planner at Reckitt, you become a vital cog in the smooth running of our business operations. Your expertise will shine through as you navigate the waves of demand forecasting, purchasing, and inter-departmental coordination. You're not just planning; you're ensuring that every product we make has its purpose and place. Join us, and be the force that balances precision with flexibility, driving our supply chain toward excellence with every forecast you craft and every plan you execute.

Your responsibilities
  1. Work alongside Sales and Marketing to develop and refine product forecasts, striving for accuracy and constant improvement.
  2. Enhance customer service levels through diligent coordination with production sites and keen monitoring of forecasts.
  3. Lead your brands' Sales and Operations Planning (S & OP) processes, fostering collaborative sales meetings.
  4. Analyse sales trends and promotional impacts to provide informed adjustments and suggestions.
  5. Oversee inventory, including safety and in-transit stock levels, to manage supply effectively.
  6. Offer detailed analysis and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to facilitate optimal decision-making in response to challenges.
The experience we're looking for
  1. Proven analytical prowess, with experience in dissecting complex data to find and resolve issues.
  2. A track record of building strong, collaborative relationships and confidently challenging others to uplift standards.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  4. Prior experience in demand and supply planning, bringing a deep understanding of the field's challenges and solutions.
  5. A history of enhancing supply chain efficiencies and challenging existing processes for better outcomes.
  6. Business savvy with a keen sense of relationship management, and a knack for advancing business processes through data-driven insights.
