As a Feature Lead, you will provide hands-on technical leadership to development teams delivering high-impact software features. This role bridges strategic direction and software execution, guiding engineers through planning, development, and delivery. You will play a key role in architectural discussions, drive best practices in engineering, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Guide the design, development, and delivery of complex software features from concept to production.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a cross-functional development team.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to clarify requirements and define clear acceptance criteria.
  • Lead code reviews and enforce development best practices including test automation, CI/CD, and security standards.
  • Translate business requirements into technical tasks and guide the team in estimation and execution.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and ensure solution designs meet scalability, security, and maintainability goals.
  • Support deployments and production monitoring to ensure feature quality and system reliability.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Mentor team members, promote knowledge sharing, and support individual growth within the team.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development (backend, frontend, or full stack).
  • Strong understanding of architecture, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with systems integration, API design, and database management (relational or NoSQL).
  • Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the financial services or banking sector.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Prior experience as a technical lead, feature lead, or similar role.
