Job Description
- Lead the overall finance function for the manufacturing operation, ensuring strong financial governance and business support.
- Partner closely with site leadership on financial, operational and strategic matters.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and balance sheet management.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity and transparency of financial information and reporting.
- Maintain a robust internal control environment and drive corrective actions when required.
- Oversee product costing, cost control and financial analysis to support operational performance.
- Analyze financial and operational results, identifying opportunities to improve performance and support decision-making.
- Ensure the integrity of the general ledger, account reconciliations and supporting financial systems.
- Support the development of financial and operational objectives and drive actions toward their achievement.
- Lead, develop and strengthen the plant finance team, building a high-performance and accountable organization.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of IMMEX operations and the financial dynamics of manufacturing organizations.
- Solid background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, internal controls and cost management.
- Strong business partnering capabilities, with the ability to influence both financial and operational decisions.
- Proven experience leading, developing and strengthening high-performing finance teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical, organizational and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in a demanding, international and cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluent English and Spanish required.
