Impact Advisors Mexico is looking for an Epic Tapestry Associate to support healthcare technology workflows related to health plan and managed care operations for U.S. healthcare organizations.

This role is suited for professionals with experience in healthcare operations, managed care, payer systems, healthcare IT, application support, or related environments who are interested in developing specialized expertise in Epic and healthcare consulting.

The position will work closely with business users, operational stakeholders, and technical teams to support application functionality, troubleshoot issues, analyze workflows, and contribute to system enhancements.

What You'll Do

• Support Epic Tapestry application workflows and business processes.
• Provide application support to end users and operational stakeholders.
• Investigate application issues, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into application-related solutions.
• Support application configuration, testing, validation, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with workflows related to claims, benefits, enrollment, provider information, medical management, and customer service.
• Participate in system testing and validation of application changes.
• Support system updates and enhancements while maintaining application accuracy and reliability.
• Document incidents, requirements, configurations, testing activities, and resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, application usability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams and other application teams to support system integration and business requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to end users.
• Assist with user documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to Epic Tapestry.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, application support, managed care, payer operations, or a related environment.
• Professional proficiency in English, including the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Experience working with healthcare systems, enterprise applications, ticketing systems, or operational support environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate operational requirements into system-related solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new healthcare technologies and processes.
