We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Agents for a 100% Home Office opportunity in Aguascalientes.

What will you do in this role?

Provide personalized, high-quality customer service in English and Spanish.
Actively listen to customers and resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Provide clear and accurate information while supporting customer needs.
Focus on delivering a positive customer experience from the first interaction.
Manage multiple tasks while maintaining service quality and attention to detail.

What are we looking for?

English proficiency: B2+ / C1 (spoken and written).
Completed high school diploma.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet tools.
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
Customer service or Call Center experience is preferred.
Availability to work 100% Home Office with flexible/rotating schedules. And visit site office on Aguascalientes City when needed.
Must be 18 years or older.
Complete employment documentation, including CURP, NSS, RFC/Tax Certificate, and any other required documents.
Must reside in Puebla.
