Yalo in Mexico City is seeking an IT Helpdesk Associate to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and empower business and client-facing teams. This role acts as an IT Business Partner, bridging IT and business needs to improve productivity and support seamless client experiences.
You will support Google Workspace, Zendesk, Salesforce, and CRM platforms, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage onboarding/offboarding within 24 hours, and document solutions in Notion.
