Serve as a core partner to local Business Intelligence teams, leading reporting deliverables and supporting marketing efficiency through reliable data management and analytics.

Develop, update, and maintain dashboards and visualizations, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and timely resolution of issues and enhancement requests.

Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and campaign wrap-up reports, using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker to present data clearly and accurately.

Extract data from multiple media platforms and perform data hygiene, quality control, and validation.

Conduct rigorous daily and weekly data quality assurance, investigating and resolving discrepancies across reporting deliverables.

Ensure adherence to data governance and taxonomy requirements.

Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data Operations teams to integrate new data sources and reporting requirements, including parsing, benchmarking, mapping, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementation of fixes.

Support the collection and quality assurance of partner-provided performance data.

Maintain current documentation of data processes, business logic, and workflows to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.

Support project timelines and reporting schedules, proactively communicating progress, risks, and dependencies.

Research platform capabilities and industry trends, recommending improvements to data quality, operational efficiency, and the feasibility of new reporting requests.

Facilitate data and reporting architecture discussions to ensure reporting products are reliably deployed and make effective use of platform capabilities.

When required, design, build, and deploy ETL and data management processes, including robust error handling, exception management, and rollback procedures.

Provide production support for data loads and automate recurring reporting through custom SQL queries or Python scripts, as needed.

Supervise, train, and mentor senior and junior analysts, including providing oversight and support to offshore Senior Associates when required.

Skills and Experience

5+ years of professional experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence, working with large datasets, or equivalent relevant experience.

Hands-on experience with Power BI; knowledge of Tableau or Looker is helpful.

Strong ability to present data clearly and accurately.

Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; a background in statistics or modeling is a plus.

Experience in digital media is preferred, including familiarity with Google Campaign Manager, major digital and social platforms, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, lookups, and charts.

Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus; knowledge of tag management or application coding is also desirable.

Understanding of common media metrics and buying models, including CPV, VCR, and GRP, and how they connect to business outcomes.

Ability to independently manage day-to-day workstreams within large analytical projects, with limited guidance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when collaborating across offshore and onshore teams.

Availability for a minimum three-hour overlap during the New York morning; up to six hours of overlap is preferred.

Previous experience working with US-based teams is preferred.

Proven experience managing and developing junior team members.
