This is an entry-level opportunity designed for candidates who want to build a long-term career in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, or Customer Service.
As a Purchase Order Follow-Up Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring materials are delivered on time by working closely with suppliers and collaborating with teams across the United States and Canada.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers to track order status and resolve delivery issues.
- Identify potential supply risks and escaltate them proactively.
- Coordinate urgent orders and support critical business needs.
- Maintain accurate purchase order information in SAP.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide updates on deliveries and material availability.
- Support manufacturing operations by helping ensure materials arrive when needed.
- Assist in resolving goods receipt and delivery discrepancies.
- Contribute to supplier performance tracking and continuous process improvement.
Who We're Looking For
This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to start their career in a global organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, International Business, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent conversational English is mandatory. You will interact daily with colleagues, suppliers, and business partners across the United States and Canada, so strong verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities.
- Experience with SAP, procurement, or supply chain processes is a plus, but not required.
