One of the largest organizations in the region that operates in the industrial and manufacturing sector and is located in Monterrey.

Develop and implement EHS strategies and programs across multiple manufacturing sites.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Monitor and evaluate workplace conditions to identify potential hazards.
Lead training sessions to promote awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high safety standards.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with site leaders to foster safety and environmental responsibility.
Prepare and present EHS performance reports to senior management.

A successful applicant should have:

A degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Proven expertise in managing EHS programs within industrial or manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of local and international EHS regulations.
Experience in leading teams across multiple sites.
Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and developing preventive measures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
