SoftwareOne is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to supervise and coordinate support operations across Service Desk, Onsite Support, and IMAC teams. The role ensures SLA compliance, service quality, and effective communication between teams and clients in a Managed Operations model.
You will monitor tickets with ITSM tools, generate reports on performance and service quality, and drive continuous service improvements while aligning with corporate policies and operational guidelines.
