About the location:
On the stunning southern coast of Mexico's Baja peninsula, experience Cabo's Golden Corridor with Mexican chic and a cool Mediterranean vibe. El candidato ejecutara y llevara a cabo de manera profesional, eficiente y amable las acciones y procedimientos que le indique su supervisor, para el mantenimiento y operación de los equipos de Refrigeración en Cocinas Industriales que integran la estructura de operación del hotel, con esto lograr los objetivos diarios, semanales y mensuales del departamento. Siendo esto su función principal mas no exclusivas, ya que como miembro del departamento de Ingeniería podrá atender los reportes que generen los diversos departamentos, basado en su profesionalismo, experiencia y conocimiento técnico, buscando siempre la máxima satisfacción del cliente y cumplir con todas las políticas y estándares de Four Seasons.
Conocimientos y Habilidades
Requisitos: Una persona excepcional, con experiencia mínima de 5 años, en el área operativa de mantenimiento en instalaciones industriales eléctricas. El candidato requerirá habilidades comprobadas, para solucionar los diversos solicitudes o requerimientos y situaciones, con el equipamiento de las áreas diversas del hotel.
Debe tener conocimientos avanzados de electricidad, control eléctrico y electrónico. Así como también tener de forma complementaria conocimientos de plomería.
Debe tener conocimientos avanzados en trabajar en la operación y mantenimiento en instalaciones eléctricas industriales de media y baja tensión, interpretación de planos y diagramas unifilares, realización de pruebas eléctricas a sistemas, diseño básico e instalaciones eléctricas (para ventiladores, iluminación, bombas, etc.), reparación y reemplazo de componentes eléctricos, maniobras de seccionar circuitos de media y baja tensión, diseño y ensamblaje de cableado en dispositivos de control eléctrico, conexión de motores trifásicos, plantas de emergencia, bombas de sistemas de protección contra incendios y sistemas de detección de humos.
Debe tener precisión y destreza manual, capacidad analítica, evaluación de riesgos, pensamiento crítico, razonamiento eléctrico, razonamiento numérico, resolución de problemas, gestión del tiempo. La destreza manual es necesaria para manejar herramientas especializadas y para maniobrar en espacios con obstáculos físicos.
