We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who’s ready to jump in, think outside the box, and make a real impact. This isn’t a job where you’ll be fetching coffee or filing paperwork. You’ll be a vital part of our team, shaping strategies, creating content, and driving success.

What You'll Do:
  • Research & Analyze: Dive into marketing strategies and lead source analysis to uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Content Creation: Write and create website content, blog entries, and compelling copy for ads and campaigns.
  • Strategic Support: Play a key role on our marketing team, advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Mastery: Assist with traditional marketing projects that keep our brand ahead of the curve.
  • Campaign Research: Conduct research to support innovative marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
  • Social Media Execution: Help implement and execute creative strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • SEO & Analytics: Track and analyze metrics to ensure our goals are met while staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Google My Business: Interact with clients on Google My Business, track reviews, and ensure our online reputation stays top-notch.
  • Project Assistance: Support all related marketing projects, ensuring smooth execution and follow-through.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Customer Success Rockstar: Experience in customer service, assistant roles, or customer success with a strong commitment to advocating for and supporting clients.
  • Detail-Oriented Pro: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Communication Wizard: Clear, friendly, and effective communication skills — written and verbal — that keep our team and clients in sync.
  • Passionate Customer Advocate: A genuine passion for exceptional customer service and acting as a dedicated ally for our clients.
  • Relationship Builder: Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and key business executives, contributing to overall satisfaction and success.
  • Solution-Focused: Experience delivering client-focused solutions to address customer needs and challenges.
  • Digital Marketing Know-How:  A background in SEO and online marketing is a plus but not required.
  • Organized & Adaptable: Exceptionally well-organized with the ability to multitask and juggle various responsibilities.

  • Empathy & Patience: Ability to empathize with clients and customers, understand their needs, and provide thoughtful, patient support.
