Together with the customer, we deliver top performance For one of our clients in the Insurance Segment, we are searching for an extensively professional Dynatrace admin. Responsibilities As a Dynatrace admin, the candidate is expected to provide technical contribution, work with the Observability team closely on expanding the observability solution.nn Maintain the Zurich North America's Dynatrace Environment to Zurich Best Practices and Standards.n Build and configure new monitoring capabilities utilizing the Dynatrace platform.n Work on developing and innovating best practices and processes used for supporting the Dynatrace platform.n Assist with building out the knowledge base and documentation related to the Dynatrace platform at Zurich North America.n The candidate will be working with the client application development and ECC teams directly.n The candidate must ensure utmost quality of the service is delivered.n Technically sound in admin and operational activities of Dynatrace Platform.n Responsible for working with users and customers to document and strategize for process improvements. SKILLS Must have tAt least 4 years' experience in working with development/Operations team.n tDynatrace Certified Associate is required (Dynatrace Professional Certification is a plus)n tHands-on knowledge on Dynatrace, Splunk and good knowledge on any other monitoring tools.n tExperience in Dynatrace production administration, application team onboarding, Dashboard & report creation, problem and alert customization and automation.n tGood working knowledge in Dynatrace integration with tools like Servicenow.n tGood knowledge in alert monitoring, perform health checks, trouble-shooting issues, perform escalation, managing bridge calls, perform root cause analysis and document knowledge articles.n tGood understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and building deployment pipelines on the cloud.n tKnowledge on Windows and Linux OS, infrastructure and platform management, networking, AWS, IT troubleshooting, automation, microservices, Advanced AI Ops implementation, and data analytical skills would be a value add.n tUnderstanding of the application and web security controls, TCP/IP concepts, firewalls, and database preferredn tExperience in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Other monitoring tools etc.n tFlexible with working hours based on the service requirement.n tExcellent communication (written and spoken) skills.n tDemonstrates good active listening skills with an ability to interpret customers' communications, to understand the gist of the problem.n tDemonstrates good listening skills with an ability to interpret customer communications, to understand the gist of the problem/pain points and be able to propose solutions/workarounds to the client with an eye for quality.
