We are looking for a Transformation Sr. Analyst. What will you do? Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.Develop and implement transformation strategies to enhance operational efficiency.Monitor project progress and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.Facilitate communication across workstream teams and manage project documentation.Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycle.Train team members on transformation tools and methodologies.How will you do it? By leveraging strong analytical skills and your understanding of business operations, you will engage with various teams to gather insights and drive process improvements.
