Resourcing , project management , good in excel and power point, advanced communication skills
Ø Publishing the dashboard on a daily basis of the open requirements in the system
Ø checking on the new hires joining date and allocation in the system
Ø coordinating with BGC Team for seamless onboarding experience for new candidates
Ø Joining the Intake call with all service line leaders
Ø Working with TAG team to obtain updates regarding the new requirements
Ø Validating the margin % of any new hires before and after joining
Ø Running the daily and weekly TAG/TSC calls from the delivery standpoint
Ø Need to Review the pending onboarding cases with TAG Team on a daily basis and highlight the same to reporting manager for any changes.
Ø Analyze the new requirements which are created in the system for fulfillment. Checking to see if it could be closed using internal available profiles or need to source from external market.
Ø Updating the tracker daily with latest status on the request(sourcing, pending information from account team, screening etc).
Ø Creating and publishing the dashboard on a daily, weekly basis
Ø Before the offer rollout validating the CP% for the selected candidate with the bill rate provided by the client
Ø Escalating the request to relevant team if there is no progress on the request
Ø Working with the leaders to understand the upcoming requirements for the location and creating a strategy for the fulfillment
- Location: Guadalajara
- Work model: HO, Hybrid, office, (If is Hybrid, specify how many days at week candidates has to show to office) 5 days at the office
