We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor. What will you do?Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping. Ensure that the staff under their supervision complete their daily tasks on time and safely. Ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory control, and timely delivery of materials to production areas.How will you do it? ​Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries.Track inventory levels.Order new supplies in a timely manner.Constantly work to improve processes.Make suggestions for productivity improvements.Optimize employee workflow and adjust staffing as needed.Define and track KPIs such as Safety incident, On-time delivery performance, Inventory accuracy rate, etc.Ensure that the facilities and equipment (forklift, tugger, etc.) under their responsibility are kept in optimal operating condition.Collaborate with production, planning, logistics and procurement teams to align material availability with production demands.Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.Ensure the follow-up of the critical activities' checklist.Adhere to all company policies and procedures.Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.​What are we looking for?  Required:Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).Good computer skills.Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail, math’s, and multi-tasking skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Minimum 3-5 year of experience managing a team.​Preferred:Manufacturing experience (HVAC a plus).Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.Superior computer skills in MS Office applications.Strong desire of learning, benchmarking.English 50%.What do we offer?  Comprehensive benefits package. Opportunities for professional growth and development. Supportive and inclusive work environment. Commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being. Engagement in meaningful projects that make a difference.  Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a condition for hiring, continued employment, or promotion, in accordance with its commitment to labor equality and non-discrimination.
